3. Wholesale & Assignment Terms
For wholesale properties, Eagle Premier Real Estate LLC markets its equitable interest in a purchase contract. Any buyer purchasing an assignment from us:
- Agrees to accept the property in "as-is" condition
- Is solely responsible for conducting independent title searches and property inspections
- Acknowledges that we do not warrant the condition, value, or marketability of the property
- Understands that any assignment fees are clearly disclosed in writing
4. No Securities Offering
Content regarding investor invitations is intended to outline joint-venture or private lending criteria for Eagle Premier Real Estate LLC. Nothing on this Site:
- Constitutes a public offering of securities
- Is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or any state securities authority
- Should be construed as investment advice
All investor relationships are private, individually negotiated, and structured in compliance with applicable exemptions.
